Have you started thinking about a resolution for the New Year yet? I personally set up a few fitness goals myself including the dreaded weight loss goal. My fitness goals include running a half marathon before the start of spring, going to the gym at least 3 days a week, bringing my body fat percentage down from 30% to 20%, and lastly, losing 15 pounds. Getting started can be the most difficult part for some people even when you have set very specific workout goals for yourself or loved ones. The one major obstacle that I faced (when it came to running or working out) is that I  found it rather difficult to get motivated while working out alone.
