A little Cream cheese, butter and water can turn any meal into an amazing meal with this no bake Key lime cheesecake bar. Easy to make and has a light tart filling on a chocolate cookie crust that tastes like you spent all day.
The cheesecake bars were super easy to make but the end result made me feel like a real chef! I simply poured in the cheesecake mix, added a little water and 16 oz of cream cheese and beat them with a mixer for three minutes. The crust required melting the butter and mixing in the chocolate cookie crumbles (which tasted like Oreos) The mix contained natural and artificial flavors.
